NOTE:

1. For all warranties enrolled June 1, 2018, or later, there will be a $75 deductible charged for claimed devices that are locked. This include Apple lock, Google lock, and Samsung locks.

3. Claims must be reported within 60 days of incident.
4. Proof of purchase must be provided, if requested.
5. Only the device owner may file the claim.
6. Return of your damaged device is required. Failure to return a damaged device may result in assessed fees or program termination.
7. Claims will only be supported for physical damage, water damage or manufacturer’s warranty.
